1. The Disclaimer to End All Disclaimers

THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. We cannot stress this enough. We're an AI analyzing squiggly lines on a chart. We don't know your financial situation, risk tolerance, or whether you have the emotional fortitude to handle a 50% drawdown without panic selling at the bottom.

Any decisions you make based on our analysis are entirely your own. If you lose money (and statistically, most retail traders do), that's on you. If you make money, you're welcome.

2. What We Do

We use AI to analyze trading charts you upload. Our AI has opinions. Strong ones. But opinions are like... well, you know the saying. Everyone has one and they often stink.

We provide:

  • A signal (BUY, SELL, or HOLD)
  • Price levels (entry, stop-loss, take-profit)
  • A reality check (brutal honesty about your setup)
  • A roast (because you probably need one)

3. What You Agree To

By using this service, you agree that:

  • You won't blame us if you lose money (seriously)
  • You understand this is for entertainment and educational purposes
  • You won't upload anything illegal, harmful, or NSFW
  • You're at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • You can handle sarcasm and brutal honesty

4. The Roasts

Our AI will roast you. It's part of the experience. If you can't handle a sarcastic comment about your trading patterns, this might not be the service for you.

The roasts are meant to be educational and entertaining. They're not personal attacks. We roast everyone equally, regardless of their portfolio size.

5. Your Data

We store your uploaded charts and analysis results. We don't sell your data. We barely know what to do with our own data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. This includes (but is not limited to): uploading inappropriate content, attempting to exploit the system, or being a general nuisance.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you (probably via the app). Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
